![]() In addition to leading the conference in touchdowns, Mims ranked fourth in total receiving yards (610) and fifth in yards per catch (16.49). Moreover, he became the first Sooners wide receiver to earn FWAA Freshman All-American honors. The 5’11” pass catcher set a program record for freshman touchdown receptions with 9 while also tying the conference freshman record. The Texas high school record holder for career receiving yards continued his record-breaking ways in the Big 12. Mims was magnificent in his first season for the Sooners in 2020. Equally adept as a rusher and receiver, the Texas running back is a strong, athletic, dominant, dual-threat out of the backfield who will run roughshod over Big 12 defenses this fall. Having ended the year in dominating style, Robinson should take momentum into a Steve Sarkisian offense that will maximize his ability. Robinson also set multiple school records in his first season for the Longhorns. His performances earned him an honorable mention for the Big 12 Freshman of the Year. Additionally, Robinson led the conference with a ridiculous 8.17 yards per carry. The Texas rusher finished the season with the third-most rushing yards in the Big 12, a remarkable feat given he only averaged 9.56 carries a game. Robinson arrived in Austin on a wave of expectation, and as the season unfolded, he began to live up to it. Running Back: Bijan Robinson, TexasĪt the risk of sounding hyperbolic, Bijan Robinson is a beast. ![]() Furthermore, Hall’s combination of explosion and elusiveness make him a game-wrecking threat. Iowa State returns all their starting offensive linemen from last year. Nevertheless, there’s every reason to believe that the Cyclones RB can blow through the Big 12 again. Some sophomore sensations might raise a challenge to Hall this fall. Hall also had more than double the number of touchdowns of TCU quarterback Max Duggan, who ranked a distant second in the Big 12. The Cyclones running back amassed 562 more yards than his closest contender, West Virginia’s Leddie Brown. No one in the conference came remotely close to Hall’s insane levels of production last fall. Running Back: Breece Hall, Iowa Stateįorget the Big 12 Breece Hall led the entire nation in rushing yards in 2020 while finishing behind only Najee Harris in rushing touchdowns. With a stellar receiving group assembled around him, Oklahoma should have one of the most potent offenses in college football. After a shaky start last year, the cannon-armed quarterback showed considerable development down the stretch. In a terrifying prospect for the rest of the nation, Rattler should hit the ground running right off the bat this season. It would be a brave man to bet against the Sooners’ slinger leading the conference once again this fall. The Oklahoma redshirt freshman led the conference in completion percentage (67.5), passing yards (3,031), yards per attempt (9.6), and passing touchdowns (28). Our first-team All-American quarterback Spencer Rattler is the obvious choice to be the preseason Big 12 All-Conference signal-caller. ![]()

On the other hand, it's not so easy to connect the headset to a PC. The wireless signal is flawless, and the easy connectivity with the consoles is a pleasant respite from juggling wires. The Stealth 600 syncs directly with an Xbox One or PS4 (the PS4 requires a dongle the Xbox One doesn't), with a range of more than 20 feet and a battery life of about 15 hours. The thing that sets the Stealth 600 apart from most other headsets in the $100 price range is its wireless functionality. The clang of swords and shields was just as urgent as the ricochet of futuristic gunfire or the cries of otherworldly beasts a sweeping orchestral soundtrack had just as much impact as a well-delivered line of dialogue. I tested the Stealth 600 with Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Dark Souls and a handful of other games, but I found that the headset did not favor a particular genre. The easy connectivity with consoles is a pleasant respite from juggling wires. The ear cups were comfortable, he said, but they didn't create a good seal at all. He had the same problems as I did with the headset's strange fit (he thought he was wearing it backward at first), but he also thought the whole thing felt cheap and hard to adjust. I handed the Stealth 600 off to a co-worker, and he absolutely despised it. As it is, it's an irregularity, and not an extremely agreeable one. As such, it sits just behind the crown, rather than just behind the forehead, which is not as natural a position.Īt first, the headset felt like it might fall off at any moment - even though, in reality, it stayed right where it was supposed to. The Stealth 600 has a strange, upright construction, unlike most gaming headsets, which tend to lean forward a bit. Unfortunately, comfortable ear cups are only half the battle. At first, the headset felt like it might fall off at any moment. As a bespectacled individual, I can confirm that the headset is unusually easy on the ears, managing to make a good aural seal without ever pressing down too hard. Turtle Beach boasts that the Stealth 600 uses technology called "ProSpecs" to make its ear cups easier on folks who wear glasses. While making the left ear cup the functional center of the whole device makes sense from a cost-saving perspective, it's rather crowded from design and aesthetic perspectives. The left ear cup (which also houses the charging port the right ear cup is positively barren by comparison) has a power button, a pairing button and an equalization button, which lets you switch among four modes. Beyond that, all the buttons are pretty simple. ![]() ![]() ![]() I don’t recommend using straight almond flour though! ![]() ![]() This has been looked at 3 times by two different shops and both are at a complete loss as to what is causing the noise, even though they heard and felt it themselves while test driving. So far the sway bar links have been replaced, the exhaust heat shield has been checked & tightened, but these have not solved the problem. One shop had it up on a lift, did the same thing and did not get any odd noises. When I sit idle and hold in that RPM range, there is no sound at all - the engine sounds fine. I'm not sure if it's merely something hardware related or if it's something in the engine itself. It almost feels like something is loose and the harmonic frequency of 40 mph and 1500 RPM is causing it to shake violently. Note that this is NOT a drone noise or normal sound.
